What are the Micro Lifting Facial products?

This certified medical product  is typically used with intradermal injections, meso guns and Micro-needling. The ingredients are a combination of hyaluronic acid, minerals, vitamin C and E, peptides and amino acids and are use to encourage and support collagen production.

Do Micro-Lifting Facials hurt?

Mild discomfort may be felt during our treatment of the epidermis (the top layer of the skin). The skin is pierced to start the production of collagen and elastin production. After the treatment the skin may feel tender for a couple of hours.

Are there any side effects to Micro-Lifting Facial?

Generally, there are no enduring side effects although Medicare Cosmetic clients should be aware of the possibility of;

• Redness and swelling lasting longer than expected on different skin types. May lead to bruising, inflammation, itching and moderate pain.
• Keloid scars caused by micro-needling on clients with this skin tendency.
• Hyperpigmentation on treated and unprotected skin areas exposed to the sun (Use factor 30+).
• Herpes Simplex during micro-needling on clients who already suffered from this (Pre-medication can resolve this).

After care instructions and recommendations

• After the treatment your face will be red but it’s possible to put make-up on after 4 hours.
• Apply after-care products regularly for the first day.
• Avoid exposure to sunlight until healed. Factor 30+
• Treatments should be four weeks apart.
• For the best results a minimum of three treatments are recommended.
• Smoking may have a negative effect on your treatment.
• The final results are seen after a month and when the collagen has stopped regenerating
